I was always lucky enough to live close to a forest. As a child I spent hours playing in the woods, building fords and treehouses and carving tools out of sticks. Now as a grown up forest means recreation, relaxation and peace and it doesn't matter how high my stress level is I always calm down under the canopy of trees.
